Double flared hollow horn "Saddles" or eyelets. These plugs are great! I wore a pair if these for months and they never feel out in my sleep or anything. Pop in and out once a day in the shower for cleaning. So simple, so conveinient. I really love these double flared horn saddles. Enjoy!
