This is a high quality solid gold navel ring. This ring has a beautiful high polish and is clearly a top of the line piece. You may select either external threading or internal threading. You may also select the size (length). For belly rings, we recommend 14g 7/16" as that is the most common size worn in the navel. However, please check your piercing and current jewelry to make sure you get the correct size. The jewelry should be just a little longer then the piercing. The length of the barbell is measured from the inside of the balls.
