SHIPPING INFORMATION

All USA orders are sent USPS (United States Postal Service). You have the option of selecting First Class (5-7 business days in transit) for $3.00, or Priority Mail (2-3 days in transit) for $5.00. Postal Insurance is optional for $1.00 more and it is strongly recommended. Bodyboy.com and/or Ibuys.org will not be held responsible for packages that get lost or damaged in post. Most orders are shipped out in 1-7 days depending on stock and availability. Priority mail takes 2-3 days in Continental US so that leaves delivery dates at about 3-10 days from the date of order. Again this is a simple estimate. In some circumstances it may take longer to ship an order if an item is out of stock for instance. Foreign orders are handled as follows:

Foreign orders cannot be insured. Bodyboy.com and/or Ibuys.org will not be held responsible for packages that get lost or damaged in post. Foreign orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority.

Mexico: $5.00
All other countries: $10.00

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

All sales are final! No refunds will be made unless an item was broken or defective when received. In that event please contact us for a return authorization and instructions. Returns will be good for store credit only! For the safety of our customers, we cannot, do not, and will not allow returns or exchanges for items that have been removed from the packaging or that do not fit correctly. Please make sure you order the correct size and rest assured that when you order a product from bodyboy.com you will receive a brand new item, which has never been worn or tried on by any other person before.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD

Credit card fraud is one of the most common crimes committed in America. Credit card fraud is a federal offense and we prosecute to the fullest any such actions committed. Our system is set to check the address given to deliver product against the address that the credit card is issued to. If there is a conflict then the order is canceled. Please note that we turn over to the authorities any and all information pertaining to credit card fraud that is in our possession.
