Order Cancellation Policy

All sales are final! No order will be canceled or refunded for any reason.

Return Policy

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we care about customer satisfaction and accepts returns whenever possible.

Items eligible for return include:
1. Defective Items - If a item contains manufacture defects, if it is broken, or defective upon receipt, then it may be returned for replacement; not for refund.
2. Wrong Shipment - If a order is received, and contains items which were not ordered, or items other then the items which were ordered, then the items may be returned for replacement; not for refund.

Product must be unused, unworn (if applicable), and in a factory sealed container for refund with ALL factory tags still attached. Please email within 30 days of the shipment date Returns sent without a "return authorization" will be rejected and returned to you. Be sure to obtain a "return authorization" and include it with your return!

Any damaged parcels or breakages must be notified to us within three (3) days of receipt of the goods.

IMPORTANT: Shipping charges are not refundable! customers are responsible for Shipping charges on returned merchandise.

SOME ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED! Due to the nature of the products we sell, certain laws, and "good hygiene" reasons, we cannot accept returns for any: (1) Sets containing panties, thongs, etc.; (2) Individual thongs, panties, etc.; (3) Hosiery.
